Der MethodJ-Compiler befindet sich momentan noch in der Entwicklung. Das Sprachkonzept ist vollständig, der Entwurf des Compilers steht, aber er wurde noch nicht implementiert.
Die Sprachspezifikation wird bald unter MethodJ --> Dokumente zum Download zur Verfügung stehen.

Darüber hinaus sind für MethodJ diverse Plugins für die IDE ’Eclipse’ (//www.eclipse.org/) geplant. Auch diese befinden sich noch in der Entwicklung. Folgende Plugins sind primär geplant:

  • Syntax-Highlighting
  • New-Method-Wizard
  • Projektkonfiguration
